Boot Camp


What is it?
Boot Camp Training originates from the beginning of this century in the United States, sporting a methodology based on the training routine of the U.S. Army. It’s a cardiovascular and muscle strengthening full body workout for men and women on all fitness levels. This is not a luxury sport, it contains running, interval training and fitness exercises in nature. Fitness, strength, flexibility and explosiveness. All that without equipment. All pure and fresh, back to basics.

Why it’s cool?
Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body, heart and muscles, by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involves calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and best of all, you burn calories like crazy. You feel like one of those soldiers in training!
